Each spring, the
foothills and mountains of the eastern United States come alive with a vast array of
spectacular flowers. Magnolias, rhododendrons, dogwood, and mountain laurel decorate the
hillsides in the undulating breezes. Acres of white, blue, and yellow flowers cover the
forest floors of easy to reach areas in the Great Smokey Mountains. Waterfalls abound in
the lush spring vegetation.
